Announcement of tender at full speed
The Ministry of Culture (Central Administration) announces the conduct of a tender, at full speed, through the method of joining and downloading, and with a sealed envelope, for the necessary electrical and mechanical works and the rehabilitation of the electrical power system in the Ministry of Culture building. /Central Administration/
Temporary: /5%/five percent of the value of the estimated statement, presented by a duly certified check accepted by the drawee bank, or a guarantee from the resident and accredited banks. In the country, or a payment receipt in the central treasury, unless the bidder is legally exempt from doing so
Final insurance: ten percent of the contract value
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of /90/ calendar days from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids.
Duration of the nominated bidder's engagement to sign the contract: 30/thirty days Calendar starting from the day following the date of his notification of the assignment of the pledge to him
Duration for completing the undertaking: 45 days/forty-five calendar days starting from the day following the date on which the contractor is notified of the order to begin, or his delivery to the work site free of obstacles, whichever is later.
