Short description of the procurement: The procurement is aimed at the provider of the Software Development Provider for the Performance and Development (hereinafter Work) to the provider of software development. The aim is to create a system that helps to reduce the administrative burden on health statistics for reporting and management of health statistical data by the Institute for Health Development (NIHD), using modern technological solutions for digitalisation and automation of business processes, data collection and data management. Development seeks to collect the health statistics and health statistics for health care statistics and health care statistics (A-Web) and otherwise collecting health statistical data to be replaced by modern information technology solution. The objectives are primarily aimed at reducing, efficiency, expenditure optimization, accelerating information exchange and data quality through modern information-technological solutions.
