Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the event “Increasing the capacity of kindergarten near Cáchovna 2738 in Most” in the extent of the project documentation prepared by Ing. Jiří Harant, under the name "increase in the capacity of kindergarten near Cáchovna 2738 in Most" and in accordance with the statement of the area. Part 1 - Building part: Construction of the tribal classroom of kindergarten for 25 children is designed as a brick superstructure for flat roofs of both wings of the existing building. The area of one "wing" is 85.5 m2. Based on the requirements of the hygienic station, it is necessary to place in both extensions of the bedroom size of standard requirements = 1.7 m2 /child. In the remaining part there will be a playroom connected to the existing premises of the Nursery 2nd floor. The existing premises include bathroom for children - one toilet and a washbasin for 5 children + one shower for a class with a capacity of 25 children. The new toilet for immobile is designed to the former chamber (corridor) on the 1st floor. Thus, 1 class earned for teaching a maximum of 5 immobile children (5% of the total capacity of 100 children). Increasing the capacity and establishment of a new class on the 2nd floor affects the fire safety solution. For this reason, it will be necessary to ensure another escape route from the 2nd floor.
