Short description : In the autumn of 2018, a standard for teacher density will be introduced in elementary school. The municipalities will be compensated for this change through an earmarked grant in 2018 and 2019. The funds will eventually be included in the framework grant to the municipalities, and will be allocated according to the share cost key for primary school.
