The subject of the public work contract consists of replacing the heating system in residence, and the heating of hot water will need to be solved temporarily so that the supplies are interrupted only for the necessary time required to disconnect the existing and connecting the new equipment to the existing system and establishmentElectrical power supply to the electric patron in the new hot water tank. Within the established energy management system, it will allow remotely monitoring and subtracting the consumption of individual energy. The utility room will be equipped with a central control system with emergency security and gas detection with the boiler weaning.
