In-house recruitment consultancy services
Yleisradio Oy (hereafter "Yle") requests bids for the provision of in-house recruitment consulting services for Yle's use.
Yle's goal is to find an expert recruitment partner who is responsible for the high-quality and efficient implementation of Yle's recruitment processes. The service strengthens the positive applicant experience and Yle's employer brand. Flexibility, agility and up-to-date professionalism are expected from the partner in the constantly developing recruitment field.
Yle is looking for two (2) full-time employees to carry out the tasks mentioned in the previous paragraph recruitment consultants, one (1) per role. The requirements for both roles are described in appendix 2 of the tender request "Experts. Each consultant works at Yle for 37.5 hours / work week.
The supplier must have at least one (1) backup person who meets the minimum requirements per expert role (Finnish and Swedish). If necessary, the substitute can act as a substitute if the supplier's designated expert is prevented from providing the service.
