In the context of a group of orders, the purpose of this contract is to entrust the holder with the services of hired coach hire with driver for occasional transportation needs to the benefit of: • the Institute of Higher Defense Studies National (IHEDN) • The Nat Instituteional of the High Studies of Security and Justice (INHESJ). The content of the services is detailed in this Cahier des Clauses Particulires (C.C.P.). The contract is broken down into 2 lots: - Lot 1: Rental services of coaches with drivers for transport carried out fromthe Ile de France region within and outside the Ile-de-France region, - Lot 2: Rental services of coaches with drivers for transport carried out throughout the French territory outside the Ile-de-France region. Throughout the year and outside agreements with the Ministry of Education andIn particular, the Contracting Authority is obliged to charter buses for the purpose of organizing the movement of persons on various occasions: notably the reception of delegations, the traveling of auditors in seminars or in the framework of organized visits, the participation of groups at conferencesor salons ... etc. Travel may occur within the Ile-de-France region but also outside and throughout the metropolitan area.
