Performance period of 14 (fourteen) months from the date on which the building permit has been marked on the conditions of commencement of commencement of construction work. Construction work must be started within 10 (ten) calendar days after receipt of the mark on the conditions of commencement of construction work in the building permit. The technological break is not counted within the term of execution of the works. Need documents relating to the construction works, the start -up conditions of the construction work (including subcontractors, civil insurance policies, payment tasks for policies, etc.) must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) calendar days. The object -related documentation must be prepared in 45 (forty -five) calendar days after completion of the construction work.
