1.The subject of the order is to improve the security of data processed in medical systems by increasing the level of protection of workstations and servers and implementing the Security Operations Center (SOC) service as part of the project "Development of digital services at the St. John of Dukla Oncology Center of the Lublin Region in Lublin".

The ordering party did not divide the order into parts due to that the order in question, in technical, organizational and economic terms, constitutes an inseparable whole. This decision will not distort competition by limiting the ability of smaller entities, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, to compete for the contract. Subject of the order and its size corresponds to the capabilities of entities from the SME sector. The decision was verified in terms of functionality and implementation methods used, and the structure of potential contractors on the market relevant to the subject of the contract was taken into account.

2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to:

a) providing SOC services including monitoring, detecting, analyzing and responding to cybersecurity incidents in real time.

b) support in implementing and maintaining the service;

c) integration of the subject of the contract with existing systems.

d)providing appropriate staff with certified industries;

e) conducting free training for the Ordering Party's administrators, confirmed by the training protocol;
