1. The subject of the order should include, among others: the following construction works: 1) construction of a public shed with a wooden structure made of C 24 pine with a volume of 2495 m3, 2) construction of a brick grill made of solid bricks inside the designed shed, 3) construction of a place for a bonfire made of paving stones, 4) leveling the area with hardening with thick concrete cubes. 8 cm in gray color, 5) installation of external lighting, LED lamp on a steel pole, 6) installation of a monitoring camera with a resolution of min. 8 MP on a lighting pole, 7) installation bench with tables and counters, 8) installation of internal lighting, LED fixtures on a support cable, 9) installation of park benches and a basket, 10) execution of external power, water, sanitary and storm sewage installations, 11) geodetic inventory as-built and as-built documentation, 12) finishing works - restoring the area around the investment to its original state, 13) the Contractor, at his own expense, will make and install an information board, according to the graphic design provided by the Ordering Party and in the place indicated by the order.
