Improving the quality of general education in the city of Suwałki by expanding the infrastructure of the 1st Secondary School. M Konopnicka with bilingual branches 1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the infrastructure of the 1st Secondary School in Suwałki, village scope described in the "Description of the subject of the order" - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of works is specified in the "description of the subject of the order", attached technical documentation, bill of quantities, detailed technical specifications of execution and acceptance robot. 3. All works must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 4. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act, in the place where the subject of the contract is described using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. Furthermore, all such references should be deemed to be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". Indication of the equivalence of the offered solution in accordance with art. 101 section 5 of the Act and on the principles specified therein rests with the Contractor, in which case the Contractor is obliged to prove, by attaching to the offer, the relevant evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract. 5.
