Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the infrastructure of the 1st Secondary School in Suwałki, to the extent described in the "Description of the subject of the order" - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of works is specified in the "description of the subject of the order", attached technical documentation, bills of quantities, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. 3. All works must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 4. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 Act, where the subject of the order is described using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. Moreover, it should be assumed that all such references are accompanied by the words "or equivalent". Indication of the equivalence of the offered solution in accordance with Art. 101 section 5 of the Act and on the principles specified therein rests with the Contractor, in which case the Contractor is obliged to prove, by attaching offers of relevant means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract. 5. If in the design documentation or trademarks were used in the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, which means that they are provided as examples and define only the minimum expected quality parameters and the required standard.
