Improving the quality of general education in the City of Suwałki - School Complex No. 2 (ul. Kościuszki) 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the building of the School Complex No. 2 in Suwałki - an external elevator shaft with a vestibule, located in the atrium on the side yard. A lift adapted for the movement of people with special needs, providing vertical communication between the ground floor and the first floor of the building and adapting the classroom for the needs of the physical laboratory, to the extent described in the "Description of the subject of the order" - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of works is specified in the "description of the subject of the order", the attached technical documentation, bills of quantities, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. 3. All works must be carried out in accordance with technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 4. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act, in the place where the subject of the contract is described using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems technical specifications, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. Furthermore, all such references should be deemed to be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". Indication of the equivalence of the offered solution in accordance with Art. 101 section 5 of the Act and on the principles specified there rests with the Contractor, in such a case the Contractor is obliged to prove, by attaching to the offer, the appropriate means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed...
