Improving the quality of general education in the City of Suwałki - School Complex No. 2 (SP9 - ul. Hamerszmita) 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and change of use of the attic in the field of installation and finishing works and expansion of the building Primary School No. 9 in Suwałki with an external elevator shaft adapted to the movement of people with special needs, constituting vertical communication between the ground floor and the attic of the building, to the extent described in the "Description of the subject of the order" - Annex No. 10 to SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of works is specified in the "description of the subject of the order", the attached technical documentation, bills of quantities, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. 3. All works should be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 4. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act, in the place where the subject of the contract is described using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. Furthermore, all such references should be deemed to be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". Indication of the equivalence of the offered solution in accordance with Art. 101 section 5 of the Act and on the principles specified therein rests with the Contractor, in such a case, the Contractor is obliged to prove, by attaching to the offer, the relevant evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed solutions...
