Improving the quality of general education in the City of Suwałki - School Complex No. 1 The subject of the order is the reconstruction of part of the basement under the gymnasium and the adaptation of the classrooms located on the 4th floor of the 3rd Secondary School building to the new function. General Education with Bilingual Departments named after Alfred Lityński at ul. Teofila Noniewicza 83 in Suwałki. The scope of the project includes adapting existing rooms for the needs of four studios: a) physical workshop in the basement under the hall gymnastics, b) two digital studios on the 4th floor of the building, c) STEAM DIY Workshop on the 4th floor of the building. The main purpose of rebuilding the basement is to create a physical workshop with facilities and to adapt this part of the building to the needs of people disabled. The functional system remains unchanged. As part of the planned construction works, a toilet for disabled people will be constructed, accessible from the general corridor, separated from the library resources room. It will be enlarged corridor in front of the entrance to the studio, and a back-up room will be created within the studio itself. The part of the basement covered by the documentation will be designated as a separate fire zone. The studio will be adequately lit through enlarged windows window openings. To enable disabled people to use the studio, the scope of works includes external works enabling the installation of a vertical platform ensuring communication between the public sidewalk and the pedestrian area...
