1. The Ordering Party requires the implementation of the task to include the following stages:: Stage I - Development of the pre-implementation analysis Stage II - Delivery of the System License Stage III - Implementation of Systems with digitization of medical documentation and integration of the Service Platform Intelligent (PUI) . Stage IV - Delivery of IT Infrastructure 2.The current status of your System. Currently, the Ordering Party has: - HIS WMS Miedqus system (producer: Gabos Software sp. z o. o.) -ERP system Symfonia ERP (producer Symfonia sp. z o. o.) -PACS system KaPACS (producer IT4KAN SP. Z O.O.) -RIS WMS Miedqus system (producer: Gabos Software sp. z o. o.) -LIS System Centrum. (producer Marcel S.A.) 3.Migration - The Ordering Party expects data migration to be carried out in the scope of the currently owned Systems. Migration of data contained in the currently used database to the new solution must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines indicated further in the Description of the Subject of the Order in Chapter IV.4 point 4.Integration - the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to deliver the System to the Ordering Party and integrated it.
