Improving the level of Cybersecurity in the Bukowsko Commune - comprehensive implementation of organizational, competence and technical IT/OT activities as part of the Cybersecure Waterworks project 1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive implementation of activities planned in the project "Improving the level of Cybersecurity in the Bukowsko Commune", including deliveries, implementations, configuration, launch, training, tests, audits, documentation, maintenance, technical support, updates and other periodic services for the full periods required in the OPZ and providing the Ordering Party with complete as-built and license documentation. 2. The order covers the entire direct scope of the project in four areas: organizational area, competence area, area IT technical and OT technical area. 3. As part of the implementation, the Contractor will be obliged to ensure compatibility, consistency of architecture, integration of the implemented solutions with the existing environment of the Ordering Party, compliance with information security rules and continuity of operation of the IT/OT environment responsible for collective water supply, i.e.: Area Synthetic scope Key elements / results Organizational Development, implementation, maintenance, management and improvement of the Management System Information Security and compliance audit.
