Short description of the procurement: The purpose of this procurement, or phase 3a, is aimed at Phase 1 and Phase 2 (see brief description below) by finding general practitioners for health care providers already providing software solutions with a software solution with 1) desire to increase their market share and 2) additional developments are needed. The purpose of phase 1 work was to identify and analyze and analyze the needs of end -users of family medicine software for the planning and provision of health care services, then to design them for these needs and national requirements and development plans (such as the principle of social and health integration) with family medicine software. The purpose of Phase 2 was to compare the sketches made during the phase 1 with the existing software and, if necessary, to compare additional sketches if they did not exist in the required level of Phase 1 project.
