1. The subject of the order for part/task No. 1 - Building at ul. Kusociskiego 1 in Boguszów-Gorce is to perform construction works on the investment task titled: Increasing energy efficiency through comprehensive thermal modernization of the buildings of the Sports Center and Recreation in Boguszów-Gorce for sports facilities at ul. Kusociskiego 1 in Boguszów-Gorce, plot no. 124 district 0003 Boguszów, in accordance with the certificate of no grounds to object to the intention to perform construction works, Design Documentation, energy audit, STWiORB, Specification of Order Conditions, Contractor's Offers and contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with the Institutions co-financing the Task. The subject of the order also includes: a) carrying out an ornithological and chiropterological expert opinion, b) delivery and installation of an information board about the granted funding in accordance with the guidelines of the funding institution, c) preparation of an energy performance certificate for the building after thermal modernization (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of of February 27, 2015 on the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part of a building and benchmarks...
