Improving the energy efficiency of school buildings, Dunajska Luzna Description: The subject of the order is the reconstruction of three existing school buildings with the aim of increasing their energy efficiency and debarrierization. Building 01 - Pavilion A is two-storey, a detached building with two above-ground floors with a flat roof. The building consists of classrooms, office space, an assembly room, sanitary facilities and a boiler room. Construction building 01 - Pavilion B is a two-story, free-standing building with two above-ground floors with a flat roof, consisting of classrooms, office space, assembly room, hygiene areas and a boiler room. As part of the renovation, no layout change of buildings SO 01 and SO 02 is proposed. Building 03 Gymnasium, Block D is two-storey, a detached building with two above-ground floors with a flat roof. The building consists of a hall, office space, sanitary facilities and warehouses. As part of the renovation, a minor layout change of the building is proposed. From small spaces for the cleaning lady will create one larger technical room. The reconstruction work on the mentioned objects will primarily include insulation of the perimeter plastic, insulation of the stress plastic, replacement of opening structures, reconstruction of the heating, cooling and ventilation system, lighting, minor building modifications (replacement of doors, cladding), installation of photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. Among the barrier-removal measures, the least will be the installation of an inclined stair platform in SO 01 and SO 02 buildings and the installation of accessories for immobile to the toilet.
