Improving the energy efficiency of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Krowiarki. The subject of the order is a comprehensive thermal modernization of the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Krowiarki at ul. Szkolna 19.The scope of work includes in particular: execution of works thermal modernization, including insulation of external walls, ceiling under the terrace, roof and flat roof as well as replacement of windows and doors, modernization of the heat source by installing a pellet boiler with a power in accordance with the technical documentation, modernization of the installation internal, including the installation of central heating (including the replacement of radiators), optimization of the hot water installation and modernization of the lighting installation, construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 30 kWp along with an energy storage with a capacity of 40 kWh, replacement of lighting fixtures, including emergency fixtures. The purpose of the order is to improve the energy efficiency of the facility and reduce its operating costs.
