1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Improving energy efficiency in public utility buildings in the Radzionków commune in the organizational units of the Radzionków commune, i.e.: Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Radzionków, Kindergarten No. 2 in Radzionków and Kindergarten No. 4 in Radzionków. 2. The subject of the order is divided into three parts: PART 1 Improving the energy efficiency of the MOSIR building, including: a) construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof building; b) modernization of central heating installations (in particular: delivery and installation of four heat pumps); c) thermal modernization of the building (including, among others, insulation of the external walls of the entire building); d) use of mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery from hall.3.
