Tender Details

The subject of the order is to carry out a comprehensive thermal modernization of the public utility building of the village hall in Trzebnik. Based on documentation, bills of quantities and an ex-ante energy audit, construction works should be performed consisting of: - insulating external walls, - insulating the flat roof, - modernizing the heating installation by removing electric radiators, installing air-to-air heat pumps (air conditioners) for heating internal rooms, - installing panels photovoltaics. As part of the investment, the Contractor will: - develop an ex ante energy performance certificate (before) - develop an ornithological expert opinion (birds); - develop a chiropterological expert opinion (bats); (Note! If their nesting is confirmed, the work schedule will be adjusted in such a way as to avoid carrying out work during the breeding season of birds and the hibernation period of bats.) - prepare an ex-post audit; - prepare an energy performance certificate ex post (after); - make and install boards informing about funding.
