Tender Details

The subject of the order is the comprehensive thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building in Hermanowa. The scope of work includes: - insulation of external walls, - insulation of the ceiling under the unheated attic, - replacement of all window joinery wooden and PVC, - replacement of external door joinery, - replacement of internal doors between the heated and unheated spaces (hallway and staircase), - replacement of the roof covering, - modernization of the heating installation. Modernization of the installation central heating will involve replacing the existing gas boiler with a condensing gas boiler, replacing the piping, dismantling the existing radiators and installing panel radiators with thermostatic valves. Note: 1. The facility covered by the order during the period implementation of the works will be used by residents. The contractor is obliged to organize and carry out work in a way that ensures continuous use of the facility, limits inconvenience (noise, dust, communication difficulties) and systematically informs users about the planned and ongoing works, in particular about the dates and scope of works that may cause difficulties.2.
