1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in improving the energy efficiency of the facility of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 1 in Rawicz, carried out as part of the budget task entitled: Improving the energy efficiency of schools and kindergartens in the commune Rawicz.2. The scope of work during the execution of the order includes the performance of all construction works in accordance with the attached design documentation, bills of quantities together with zero cost estimates, provisions included in the SWZ with annexes and applicable regulations, incl. in particular: 1) insulating the attic with mineral wool, 2) laying floors with OSB boards, 3) insulating the flat roof connector with mineral wool, 4) renovation of historic door joinery, 5) installation of electric air curtains above the doors, 6) replacing radiators with new ones, 7) installation automatic thermostatic heads controlled remotely, 8) comprehensive replacement of the central heating installation, 9) installation of ground-source heat pumps with a heat exchanger, 10) replacement of domestic hot water heaters with new ones, 11) comprehensive replacement of lighting with LED, 12) replacement of joinery external metal doors, 13) insulation of basement walls, 14) tiling works, 15) installation of coffered ceilings, 16) insulation...
