The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design documentation and, based on it, thermal modernization of four public buildings as part of the project entitled Improving the energy efficiency of educational buildings in the Platerw Commune.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular the preparation of complete construction and executive documentation and the execution of the works mentioned therein in the scope assigned to each building separately: 1) Primary Health Care Clinic in Platerów; street Kocielna 17, 08-210 Platerw: a) modernization of the central heating installation, including, among others, replacement of the old central heating installation, replacement of radiators and installation of vertical and vent valves and installation of thermostatic heads, retrofitting the existing heating installation with a new brine-water ground heat pump, electrically powered, compatible with lower heat source in the form of a vertical exchanger (drilled holes for a vertical ground heat exchanger) and with an electric heater in the buffer tank as a peak source, drilling holes for the heat pump, new installation in the boiler room, insulation...
