The general scope of work includes all components of the PZD building, i.e. : MAIN BUILDING insulation of walls and baseboards - basement walls (at the height from the ground to ground floor): EPS100 15 cm =0.033, flat roof insulation: Styrofoam EPS100 15 cm =0.039, thermal insulation. EPS100 5 cm chimneys, =0.033 replacement of external windows and doors in the entire building (according to the joinery list) removal and installation of drip caps external, disassembly and installation of internal door joinery in the places indicated in the graphic attachments, doors to the toilet on the ground floor, disassembly of old and installation of new gutters and downspouts, dismantling and installation of window grates and renovation (according to drawing facades) dismantling old and installing new flashings of under- and above-gutter strips and attic walls, raising attic walls by 15 cm, raising chimneys by 15 cm, replacing chimney caps, facade works (securing existing installations, elements protruding facades, e.g. conduits to hide in the thermal insulation design) chiseling and demolition in the external wall for embedding shakes...
