4.1 The subject of the order is: Improving energy efficiency in the building of the Primary School in Tereszewo. The planned scope of construction works to be performed includes: a) Replacement of external windows and doors b) Insulation of ceilings in the attic level (above ground floor and first floor) by installing a new layer of thermal insulation together with accompanying works and making a new concrete floor screed (on the Erasian ceiling) c) Insulation of the flat roof above part of the attic (GK slab) d) Replacement of the existing one boiler (pellet) to a new pellet boiler of a higher standard with adaptation of the installation in the boiler room and installation regulation) Installation of mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery with installation of installation ducts, f) Installation of new plaster and painting the walls of the entrance to the basement g) Renovation of existing balustrades and external structures h) Painting of the external walls of the entire facadei) Renovation of the main entrance to the school by applying new plaster, painting the beams and ceiling and renovation of the balustrades of the driveway for disabled) Brick-up of indicated window and door openings in places where ventilation ducts pass through with reconstruction...
