Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works as part of the investment task titled: Improving energy efficiency in the Primary School building in Przecawie.2. The task includes thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Przecaw located at ul. Zielona w Przecawie. Property details: ul. Zielona 50, 39-320 Przecaw - plot no. 339/46, 457 and 458. The scope of work includes: 1. insulation of the foundation walls and external walls of the building, 2. insulation of the ceiling above the passage leading to the school patio (yard), 3. insulation of ceilings (ceiling above the first floor, above the staircase, roof over the side entrance), 4. replacement of windows and doors, 5. modernization of the central heating installation. and lighting. Additionally, accompanying works related to thermal modernization works will be performed i.e. reconstruction of the surface with paving stones and bumpers, renovation of roofs, reconstruction of sewerage connections to downpipes, replacement of the lightning protection system, modernization of external stairs, sealing the roof. The driveway for people with disabilities will be modernized disabilities.
