Scope of works: - dismantling of sheet metal flashings - dismantling of the lightning protection system - dismantling existing sheet metal roofing with insulation, with Styrofoam between the rafters - dismantling the roofing made of heat-welded felt - repairing chimney caps - cutting technological holes in the flat roof channel beams for inserting the insulation - removing the wet insulation made of mineral wool granules - insulation made of mineral wool granules, heat conduction coefficient 0.037 W/mK, blowing method, thickness. 25 cm - filling of technological holes - installation of roof vent - execution of sheet metal flashings along with gutters - making a roof covering from thermally weldable felt and securing the covering with varnish, - reconstruction of the lightning protection system - removal and disposal of waste.
