1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Ksienice, including the replacement of the heat source and the central heating installation, as well as the construction of a photovoltaic installation along with accompanying works.2. On the subject of the order consists in particular of the material scope including: Task No. 1: - insulation of external walls and adaptation of the walls to fire protection conditions - insulation of flat roofs, installation of a new roof covering and adaptation of the covering to the conditions fire protection - replacement of windows - replacement of doors - replacement of the central heating heat source and domestic hot water from a coal boiler to a set of heat pumps with a pellet boiler along with adaptation of the boiler room - replacement of the existing central heating installation - installation electricity for a new boiler room - construction of a PV photovoltaic installation for the needs of the boiler room, installation located on the ground, total rated power of the installation min. 36.83 kWp, - installation of a fire protection switch - replacement of the lightning protection system - internal finishing works external. NOTE: making a power connection for the boiler room is not included in the scope of the order...
