Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of a matrix and a server increasing data security, including: by the stability of maintaining the server and a comprehensive and consistent method of recording data as part of the implementation of the Cybersecurity Local Government grant project. 2. Detailed the description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. The contractor will complete the order within the scope and in the manner specified in the specification of the terms of the order and in accordance with the annexes to SWZ.4. The provision of Art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law imposes an obligation to take into account accessibility and design for all requirements only for procurements intended for use by individuals. The delivery of the server and disk array is a purely technical (infrastructural) order. These devices are installed in the server room and intended for data processing or storage, and not for direct operation or use by people (e.g. employees or customers), which excludes the application of the above-mentioned. article.
