Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the area. 1, 438 m2 of paving stone pedestrian road surface and asphalt bicycle path surface along with partial replacement of the substructure and the paving stone bus bay surface at the Avenue Piechoczka. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ, i.e. bill of quantities and an overview map, hereinafter referred to as technical documentation. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026 pos. 793 from Mon. amended) the ordering party describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 PZP, allows for equivalent solutions described in the technical documentation.
