Improving the conductivity of the river bed according to the plan of the village of Bohova, Trun Municipality The subject of the service is to improve the conductivity of the river bed according to the plan of the village of Bohova, Trun Municipality. The cleaning of the river bed according to the plan of the village of Bohova is 2300 m long. Purpose of the service: Provision of protection from the harmful effects of water, in compliance with the current regulations; Reduction of the danger "threat of flooding"; "Flood risk" reduction; Adapting to climate change and reducing the risk of disasters; Environmental improvement. The implementation of the activities shall be carried out on the basis of Art. 140 of the Civil Code and in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations currently in force in the Republic of Bulgaria regarding the implementation of objects and works of such a character.
