4.1 The subject of the order is the successive performance of road construction works on district roads in the Tczew County. Depending on the size and specific nature of the road damage, the works will be performed using one of two technologies: a) by spraying grits and emulsion using a road repairer of the Patcher type; b) by cutting out the necessary fragment of the asphalt surface (throughout its entire thickness), possibly replacing or repairing deeper layers and making a new asphalt concrete screed. Select one of the above. technologies for specific places on the road will be made by the Ordering Party, each time issuing an appropriate order.4.2 The exact number and size (scope) of orders is impossible to estimate at the stage of carrying out this procedure related to the award of public procurement, as it will depend on the future current needs of the Ordering Party.4.3 Due to the use of different devices, materials and requirements regarding the Contractor's experience in each of these technologies, the Ordering Party divided the order into the following part: 4.3.1 part of order no. 1: Partial restoration of bituminous surfaces of district roads with emulsions and porcelain stone chips...
