Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Improving access to public buildings in the Baranw Sandomierski commune, stage II.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) Task 1 Improving the accessibility of the ZSiP building in Baranów Sandomierski, 2) Task 2 Improving the accessibility of the building of the Health Clinic in Baranów Sandomierski and the Occupational Therapy Workshops, based on the design documentation, taking into account the construction works specified in the supplementary description to the subject of the order Annex No. 5 to this specification.3. The task is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the regional program European Funds for Podkarpacie for 2021-20274. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the documentation design along with supplementary descriptions to the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 5 to this specification.6. After completing the subject of the order and final acceptance, the contractor provides at least a 24-month warranty for the completed construction works, counted from the date of fault-free acceptance of the final subject of the contract.7.
