Subject of the order The subject of the order is the construction of an external elevator at the building of Primary School No. 1 in Eku as part of the project Improving accessibility at Primary School No. 1 in Eku, which received co-financing from the regional program of the European Fund for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027. The investment area is not in a conservation protection zone. Construction works will be carried out on an active educational facility. Thermal modernization works of the entire facility are being carried out according to a separate order.1.1. The scope of the order includes: a) Preparatory works, b) Securing the construction site, c) Execution of demolition works, including removal and disposal, d) Execution of earthworks, including removal and disposal, e) Construction of reinforced concrete foundations for the elevator shaft, f) Construction of an elevator shaft with a steel structure, g) Construction of a glass casing of the elevator shaft with a roof and covering made of coated sheet metal, h) Construction of connections between the elevator shaft and the existing facility, i) Installation and commissioning of an elevator for disabled people o parameters: Pass-through cabin with a minimum area of 1.7 m2, four-stop capacity, min. 400kg (5-seater), Steel equipment...
