PART 1: CONSTRUCTION OF TWO SLOPERS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE IN SP4 IN EKUThe subject of the order is to adapt the existing building to the needs of people with disabilities by building two ramps next to the building of Primary School No. 4 in Eku at ul. Wadysawa Szafera 2. Construction works will be carried out on an active school facility. The building is not under conservation protection.1.1. The scope of the order includes: a) Execution of demolition works together with removal and disposal, b) Execution of earthworks, c) Construction at the main entrance of the ramp for people with disabilities with a steel structure and the construction of new balustrades, d) Construction of a ramp at the side entrance for people with disabilities, made of paving stones on an aggregate base, together with the construction of new balustrades, e) Reconstruction existing external stairs together with the replacement of external cladding, f) Restoration of damaged or devastated walls, floors, hardened surfaces and green areas to their original condition after construction works, g) Cleaning up the area after execution of construction works, h) Preparation of as-built documentation in 2 copies (one set in paper version...
