Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task called Improving access of citizens and entrepreneurs to digital public services and their automation in the Koo Commune. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. Ordering party requires that the software licenses provided be new and have never been previously activated or used on other devices and do not encumber the rights of third parties.3. The subject of the order must come from legal distribution sources, including authorized ones sales channels in the EU.4. The offered products must have the support of the manufacturer, in accordance with the detailed requirements specified in the procedure documents, including the Detailed description of the subject of the order, in the scope of reporting technical problems and access for system corrections and updates.5. During the support period, the Ordering Party must have the right to a free update to the latest version of the products, if they are published by the manufacturer of the supplied hardware and software.6. The subject of the order must provide safe his use.
