Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Six Pesos and 93/100 (Php3, 999, 966.93) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADING OF TIGPALAS FMR.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
