Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Eight Pesos and 10/100 (Php4, 999, 948.10) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADING OF ROSARIO-BULABUD FMR.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act".
