Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Enrile, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 5, 990, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement/Upgrading of Municipal Waterworks System (Additional Distribution Line-Left Side)/ITB NO: 2026-06-I09 located at Lemu Norte-Divisoria, Enrile, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Improvement/Upgrading of Municipal Waterworks System (Additional Distribution Line-Left Side). Completion of the Works is required (180 calendar days). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)...
