Description : 1. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), through the Ministry of Finance and Budget and Management (MFBM) under the FY 2025 REGULAR INFRA intends to apply the sum of Thirty three million nine-hundred fifty-thousand pesos only (33, 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADING OF CHINESE PIER (PHASE 4), BONGAO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two hundred seventy calendar days (270c.d.). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
