: This bidding process is intended to acquire the necessary services for improvement work in the new Ponce command. This service consists of the replacement (remission of existing equipment, acquisition and installation of new equipment) of water coolers, fans, distribution, components and controls to improve the temperature conditions in the building. All people, natural or legal, which comply With the minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Government of Puerto Rico, they are invited to appear in the formal reference auction. These requirements are established chapter V of Law No. 73-2019, according to amended, known as “Law of General Services Administration for the centralization of the Purchases of the Government of Puerto Rico of 2019”, as well as in the regulation. 9230 of November 18, 2020, according to amended, known as “Uniform Regulations for Purchasing and Auctions of non -professional goods, works and services of the General Services Administration of the Government of Puerto Rico”.
