1. The Local Government Unit of Dingras, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty Eight Pesos and Sixty Centavos (P 1, 862, 138.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Mayor-s Office at the Municipal Hall - CW2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Dingras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 45 working days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
