The project consists of improvements to the headworks, grit chamber, Parshall flume, clarifiers, disinfectant dosing system, contact chamber, motor control centers (MCCs), power generators, access control systems, energy resiliency components, and associated facility buildings. The plant is located along State Road PR-187, Km 16.4, in the Torrecillas Alta Ward of the Municipality of Loíza, Puerto Rico. All in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications Prepared by PRASA.
