Description : The Barangay Government of Poblacion, San Remigio, Cebu, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund (BDF) - CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWO PESOS AND TWO CENTAVOS (₱499, 902.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENTS OF BARANGAY COVERED COURT (Project ID No. 2026-INFRA-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The scope of works involves the complete structural improvement and rehabilitation of the barangay covered court located at Purok Nangka, Poblacion, San Remigio, Cebu, which includes: earthworks, welding and canopy expansion works, roofing rehabilitation, comfort room construction (including concrete and masonry works), installation of 6.00m x 3.00m steel roll-up doors, and painting/finishing works. Project completion is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days.
