INVITATION TO BID FOR IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF PFC OF BARANGAY PAGSANAAN NORTE, MAGSINGAL, I. SUR.
1. The Brgy. Pagsanaan Norte, MAgsingal, I. Sur intend to apple the sum of Five Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Two Hundred Five Pesos Only (524, 205.00) being approved Budget for the contract(ABC).
2. The Brgy. Pagsanaan Norte, Magsingal, I. Sur now invites bids for the improvement of covered court. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified the Implementing Rule & Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act"
