Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement/Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building - Old Multi-Purpose Building (Additional Appropriation) at Brgy. 5 San Vicente, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
