Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Waterworks System (Sihi)
1) The Municipality of Buenavista, through the 20% DF CY 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Seven Pesos and 13/100 (₱999, 747.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Waterworks System (Sihi). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Buenavista now invites bids for Improvement of Waterworks (Sihi). Completion of the Works required is 22 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
